Objective:

Showcase the client’s chauffeur and concierge services in a more subtle, entertaining format, without a direct sales pitch. The goal was to inform while keeping the video entertaining, helping to build brand warmth and reach new audiences organically.

Concept & Execution:

We brought the service to life through a fictional phone call, a client calling to book a surprise proposal ride for his girlfriend. Light humour, real emotion, and a touch of charm made it instantly relatable. Set in our client’s vibrant office, the space itself acted as a visual hook. We kept the edit clean and minimal, letting the conversation carry the story. The video subtly showcased both the chauffeur and concierge services without ever feeling like a pitch. It simply entertained while informing, through storytelling.

Performance & Impact:

This piece reinforced the brand’s premium, human tone. The light-hearted, narrative approach invited viewers to engage emotionally while absorbing information about the service. It didn’t feel like an ad, and that’s exactly why it resonated. Viewers felt entertained, not sold to, which made the message more memorable and effective.
